Laser cut steel, stainless, and galvanized parts
Profile work off the flat sheet. The fiber laser holds sharp detail and a clean edge across gauges, so most sheet metal work starts here rather than on another machine. These laser cut metal parts run from thin-gauge brackets to one-inch plate.
Cut and formed
Aluminum parts, laser cut then press brake formed
We cut these aluminum parts on the laser and formed them on the brake in the same building. Nothing shipped across town between operations, which is where lead time usually goes on a two-vendor job. Because the flat blank and the bend program come from the same file, the formed part matches the print the first time.

A DXF, a STEP file, or a dimensioned PDF came in, and the part came off the machine. In other words, this gallery is a sample of ongoing production rather than a portfolio of one-off showpieces, and the same process produces custom laser cut parts for customers across Dallas, Fort Worth, and beyond.
