Six fabrication galleries
Cutting
Laser cutting
Flat sheet and plate in steel, stainless, aluminum, and galvanized, cut on the 9 kW fiber laser.
Machining
CNC milling
Billet aluminum, copper, and steel, plus finish machining of aluminum castings across four machining centers.
Forming
Press brake
Parts to 120" long, bend sequences proved offline before the first piece goes in the machine.

Aluminum, copper, and panel material on a 96" by 192" table, profile and machined detail in one setup.

Bar, tube, pipe, channel, and I beam cut to length and angle with programmable mitering.

Self-clinching hardware installed, finish coordinated, and the whole thing built before it ships.
How jobs actually run
Most parts use more than one machine
These galleries are split by process because that is how the equipment is organized, not how the work moves. A typical job is cut on the laser, formed on the brake, has hardware pressed in, and goes out as an assembly.
You do not have to specify the routing. Send the finished part you need — a one-off prototype or a production release — and we will work out how to get there.
