The equipment

From simple parts to intricate components

Our CNC machining services in Dallas run on a full line of 3- and 4-axis machining centers, equipped with automation to handle small and large volume runs alike — the same cell runs your prototype and your production release. Components come off the machines to standard tolerances of ±0.001″; tighter tolerances can be specified where the print demands it.

Secondary operations — tapping, marking, and surface treatments — are available on request, and machined parts flow straight into assembly without leaving the building.

Aluminum casting CNC machining

Rough castings from your foundry come in; finished components go out. We locate off the casting datums, machine the mating faces, bores, and threaded holes to print, and hold the same ±0.001″ standard as billet work — with automation that keeps unit cost down on repeat casting lots.

Sand, permanent-mold, and die-cast aluminum are all routine, as are iron and steel castings. Fixtures are built in-house, so first articles move quickly and production runs repeat without re-setup.

Common questions

CNC machining FAQs

What tolerances can you machine to?

Standard tolerances are ±0.001″. Tighter tolerances — down to ±0.00025″, with hole diameters to 0.0001″ — can be specified, though they may affect pricing and delivery. Put the requirement on the print and the quote will reflect it honestly.

What materials can you machine?

Ferrous and non-ferrous: steel, alloy steel, stainless, titanium, aluminum, castings, copper, brass, plus phenolics and plastics.

Do you offer aluminum casting CNC machining?

Yes. Send rough castings from your foundry, or have them drop-shipped to us, and we finish-machine them to print — mating faces, bores, and tapped holes — on fixtures built in-house. Iron and steel castings are machined the same way.

Do you run small quantities or production volumes?

Both. The machining centers are equipped with automation, so a one-off prototype and a large volume run go through the same cell — and the same quoting system.

Can you tap, mark, and finish machined parts?

Yes — tapping, marking, and surface treatments are available as secondary operations, and parts can continue into welding and assembly under the same roof.

Where do your CNC machining services deliver?

Throughout Dallas–Fort Worth from our Grand Prairie shop, plus Waco, Austin, Mineral Wells, and Houston. Mention delivery on your quote request.
