CNC Router Setup / Operator Job description
Job Summary:
AST is looking for an experienced CNC Router Operator who can setup and run Multicam and HAAS Gm-2 Routers. The successful candidate will perform setups, verify quality and monitor machine output each hour.

CNC Router Setup / Operator responsibilities
- Inspect the work area and machines that were used during the day prior to leaving at the end of each shift
- Follow all company safety protocol
- Ensure that every machine procedure is done in accordance with the strict guidelines of the company
- Perform proper set-up and calibration procedures for all equipment and accessories to be used on projects
- Translate the requirements of detailed part drawings into measurements for production
CNC Router Setup / Operator skills
- Extensive knowledge of machine maintenance and operation required
- Must possess strong basic math skills
- 2+ years’ experience using production machinery
- Proven history of working with gauges and calipers
- High school diploma/GED required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
